Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Paid but not yet scheduled, or cancelled 24 hours or more before your slot: full refund on request, or a free reschedule.
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before your slot, or a no-show: one free reschedule within 30 days. No refund.
• After the session is held: non-refundable, because the work has been done. The fee is still credited against any retainer you start within 30 days.
• If Beqick cancels and can’t offer a slot that suits you: full refund.

Cancel before kickoff and we refund the advance in full. After kickoff, the advance is non-refundable, because the team has already started. If you cancel mid-project, you pay only for the milestones completed up to that point, as set out in your written scope.

Cancel at any time with 15 days’ written notice. Email or WhatsApp is enough. Months already started or delivered are non-refundable. If you paid in advance for a month we haven’t started, we refund it in full.

Sale prices follow the same rules as above. A sale doesn’t change what is refundable. Scan and audit credits are discounts on a retainer. They can’t be exchanged for cash.

If money left your account but your booking wasn’t confirmed, or you were charged twice, we refund the extra amount in full. You don’t need to give a reason. Usually Razorpay reverses a failed payment on its own. If it hasn’t, write to us with the payment ID.

Email service@beqick.com or WhatsApp +91 93929 54440 with your name, the email or phone number you paid with, and the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt. We reply within 2 business days.

• We start the refund within 3 business days of approving it.
• Online payments (Razorpay): the money goes back to the original payment method. Banks usually credit it within 5–7 business days of the refund starting. Some card issuers can take up to 10.
• Bank transfers (retainers and projects): refunded by bank transfer to the account you paid from, within 7 business days of approval.
