Terms of Service.

beqick.com is run by Beqick Consultancy Services LLP, LLPIN ACK-5188 (“Beqick”, “we”, “us”), registered at 3-1-5/IC/410, Ishta City Apartment, Upperpally, Hyderguda, Kismathpur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500030 When you use this site, pay for the ₹999 Growth Gap Scan, or engage us for any service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you act for a business, you confirm you’re authorised to bind it.

Our services, their scope and their prices are listed on the Rate Card and on each service page. Anything not on the card, or any change in scope, is agreed in writing (email or WhatsApp is enough) before work starts. Services marked “Coming soon” or “Waitlist” are not yet available to buy.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST. GST is added to invoices at the applicable rate. Ad spend (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube) and software subscriptions (for example WhatsApp providers, HeyGen, Shopify apps, hosting and email tools) are never included. You pay those platforms directly, from accounts you own. Sale prices apply to everyone during the published sale window. We don’t negotiate prices individually.

• ₹999 Growth Gap Scan: paid online in advance through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). Your booking is confirmed only once the payment is verified.
• Monthly retainers: invoiced monthly in advance. Each invoice is due within 7 days.
• One-time projects: an advance before kickoff, with the balance on delivery, as set out in your written scope.
• If an invoice is unpaid 15 days after its due date, we may pause work until it is paid.

We don’t sell or ship physical goods. All services are delivered digitally (email, WhatsApp, shared drives, your ad and social accounts) or in person at our Hyderabad studio or your location.

• ₹999 Scan: after payment, you pick a slot on the scheduling step. The 45-minute session runs on a video call. The recording and action list are sent within 3 business days of the session.
• Retainers and projects: timelines are set in your written scope, and start once we have the access, assets and approvals we asked for.

The ₹999 Scan fee is credited in full against any retainer you start within 30 days of your session. The ₹9,999 Deep-Dive Audit is credited the same way. Credits can’t be exchanged for cash or moved to someone else.

Timely access to the accounts and assets we need, feedback and approvals within the agreed windows, and accurate information about your business. You confirm that you have the rights to any material you give us (logos, photos, music, product claims) and that your products and claims comply with the law and with each platform’s policies. Delays on your side move delivery dates. They don’t pause retainer billing.

Ads, posts, WhatsApp messaging and e-commerce run on platforms we don’t control, including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp and Shopify. Their policies, outages, review decisions, account restrictions and pricing changes are outside our control, and we’re not liable for them. We follow their rules and will help you appeal any decision.

Some deliverables are made with AI tools: image and video generation, avatars, drafts. A human editor reviews every one before it ships. AI avatar and founder videos are always labelled as AI. You approve deliverables before they are published. Because AI tools can produce similar outputs for other users, we can’t guarantee that AI-generated elements are unique.

You do. Once you’ve paid in full, all final deliverables made for you are yours. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, workflows and know-how, and you get a licence to use any of them that are built into your deliverables. We show your work in our portfolio only with your written permission.

Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This doesn’t apply to information that is already public, or that the law requires us to disclose.

Specific business results. Nobody honest can guarantee rankings, ROAS, follower counts, AI citations or virality. We do the work that earns them and report honestly on what moved.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the 3 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or lost ad spend. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Retainers can be cancelled by either side with 15 days’ written notice. Either of us may end an engagement immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and doesn’t fix it within 7 days of being told. Fees for work already delivered remain payable. Refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Don’t misuse the site: no scraping at scale, no automated form submissions, no attempts to break its security, no unlawful content. Site content, branding and the Rate Card design belong to Beqick. Prices and content may change, but a price you have already paid, or a quote we have given you in writing, will not change.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any dispute with us first at service@beqick.com. We’ll try to resolve it within 30 days. If we can’t, the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
