Terms of Service.
Short version: the Rate Card is the deal. Here’s the longer version, still in plain language.
The services
What we offer is what’s listed on the Rate Card — each service with its scope and price on the page. If it isn’t on the card, we scope it in writing before any work starts.
Prices and what’s not in them
All prices are ex-GST; GST is added on invoices as the law requires. Ad spend (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube) and software subscriptions are always separate and paid by you directly to the platforms — our invoice never touches that money.
The ₹999 Scan credit
The ₹999 Growth Gap Scan fee is credited in full against any retainer you start within 30 days of your session.
Who owns the work
You do. Once full payment is made, all final deliverables are yours. Beqick may showcase the work in its portfolio only with your written permission.
What we don’t promise
Specific business results. Nobody honest can guarantee rankings, ROAS or virality — we do the work that earns them and report honestly on what moved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
